MEET STEFFENY - OWNER
I spent 24 years with SAKS Corporate before its relocation prompted me to take the next step in my career. After successfully owning two salons, I knew I was ready to create something more intentional: an elevated boutique concept in the heart of South Tampa.

In 2020, Platinum Beauty Bar was born. My vision was to offer a private, refined salon experience for women who understand that exceptional hair is not an expense but an investment.
MEET ANDREA
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me soaking up the sun, staying active, or hanging with my two dogs. I was born in North Carolina, but I have been based in Tampa for the last six years.

My specialty is lived-in color: soft, dimensional, and designed to grow out beautifully. I love all things color and pride myself on delivering smooth, long-lasting blow-dries that make you feel your best long after you leave the salon.
MEET ALISSA
I am a Tampa native and a proud mother of five beautiful children. My passion for all things beauty began at a young age and has grown into a career spanning more than 10 years behind the chair.
I specialize in dimensional blonding, lived-in color and seamless extensions. My goal is to deliver polished, consistent work while creating an elevated salon experience.
MEET BROOKE
Originally from Michigan, Brooke moved to Tampa six years ago for the beautiful weather and more work opportunities. A licensed cosmetologist, Brooke is Platinum’s newest assistant.
Her favorite service to perform is extensions because of her love of drastic transformations.
MEET DONALD
I am a stylist, colorist and makeup artist with more than three decades of professional experience in the beauty industry. My career has spanned editorial styling, film and advanced salon work, allowing me to blend technical precision with creative artistry. I have also served as an educator for respected brands including Sebastian Hair Care, Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Color and Jane Iredale Cosmetics.

I bring a refined eye, disciplined technique and a deep understanding of beauty to every client I serve.
MEET HOLLIE
I am excited to return to the salon after taking time to focus on raising my son. Being back behind the chair feels like coming home. I specialize in lived-in blonde and love creating soft color that grows out beautifully and effortlessly.
